The King's Cameleopard is unwell!

Postby medicus matt on January 12th, 2010, 3:17 pm

Whilst perusing a copy of The Spectator, dated July 5, 1828, I observed with some distress the following announcement:-

"The king's giraffe is given over by physicians. The complaint seems to be general debility, with an especial weakness in the knee-joints."

Sad to say, I know perfectly well how the poor beast feels.
"We're Jehova's Witnesses." - Some Jehova's Witnesses.
"Ahh, I'm Jehova. How're we doing?" - G B Shaw.
