Well, actually a good picture of one, preferably a 4th-5th c. one showing all the good bits of hardware.

It's for my friend Jona Lendering, who needs it for his new book on Roman history (yes, with some mentioning of Saxon pirates and stuff). There's even room for a fee.

Best email him at adsl294196ATtelfortDOTnl and tell him I sent you.
If not, you may look like a Saxon pirate and not like.. well, you get the idea. :hijack:

I like to hang out around the playground, just watching the kids running and screaming. They don't know I'm just using blanks.

I was going to suggest Monkeyboy. He might have the legs of a chicken, but he has sold enough monkeyspunk to the local w@nkbank to get some very tasty kit! :D
My favourite sexual position is the JFK. I splatter all over her while she screams and tries to get out of the car.

Monkeyboy's kit is a bit late for Jona's 'needs'.

Would have thought a photo of Old Pete in kit would be nearer the mark for a high status 4-5th Century Saxon.

Hello there sexy. Ooh, nice picture of me too. Most of my stuffs abit too late for a strictly 4th/5th Century depiction. I could lose most of the fancy bits and do a low status warrior but I think he was after all the high end military garb..I'm not really sure what a high ranking 4th/5th Century saxon would look like, stuff out the kragehul bog deposit I'd imagine?
My sword and scabbard are from early germanic bog deposits so i can certainly do an unarmoured warrior with sword, spear and shield.
